Living Christmas Trees
Want a tree that can become part of your landscape after Christmas? Loudoun Nursery also grows selected trees in fabric containers.
A living Christmas tree can spend a short period indoors during the holidays and then be planted outside. Fabric growing encourages a dense, fibrous root system and can make transplanting easier.
Enjoy it inside. Plant it outside.
- Keep its indoor stay relatively short.
- Keep the root area appropriately watered.
- Move the tree back outdoors after Christmas.
- Plant when outdoor conditions allow.
